No. This is smart, low-impact training focused on long-term health, not exhaustion. You’ll be challenged at your level without unnecessary strain.

What should I expect in each class?

Classes are held on the mats using a mix of functional tools like resistance bands, kettlebells, and more. Each session is designed to help you develop strength, improve stability, and move with greater confidence.

You’ll learn how to train with purpose, build real strength safely, and enjoy the process along the way.

How much does it cost?

Your first week is completely free! After that, classes are available 3 times per week for $150 per month.

How often are classes offered?

Our 45+ Strength & Mobility training meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10AM for 60-minute sessions at Logic Jiu Jitsu in Land Park, Sacramento.
